1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payment: PayNow, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, UnionPay, ApplePay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, GrabPay, ShopeePay, ShopBack, Zip, AliPay, Atome, and many more!

2. When will I be charged?

You will be charged when your order has been confirmed.

You will receive an email with an order confirmation.

3. How long will it take for my order to ship?

Generally, orders may take 1 to 2 working days to fully process and ship your order, this is to ensure customers receive our products in good quality and correct variations such as size, design, color, etc., we will inspect every single product thoroughly before dispatch.

During festival seasons such as Christmas, Halloween, New Year, etc… the daily orders are expected to be more than usual, processing time may be longer as well.

4. I'm living in overseas, can I buy your products?

Currently, Singapore is the only country available for shipping and delivery. However, if you live in overseas and want to buy products for someone who lives in Singapore, then you can also buy from us!

5. How do I know if my order shipped?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link, you can simply click the tracking link to track the status of your parcel.

If you are a registered user, simply log in to your account and you can find all the order information in your account.

6. Can I make changes to my order after I've placed my order?

Once you placed an order, we will start packing your products and arranging shipments immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.

So please make sure you check your personal and shipping information twice before placing an order.

7. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can simply click the tracking link to track the status of your parcel.

8. Can I cancel or get refund?

We're trying our very best to ensure our products meet your requirements! Once the product has been ordered, we will immediately prepare your order for packing and arranging a shipment, therefore, the order can't be cancelled once it's confirmed.

However, we understand that sometimes you may chose the wrong size or color, or sometimes the products may have some minor defects. Don't worries, if this happens, please contact us for a exchange or refund. Please view our Refunds, Returns and Exchanges Policy for more details.

9. What is your product line?

We specialize in clothing and accessories sized from newborns to kids up to 16 years old.
